Plainly, the use of technology in the HR function is evolving rapidly, growing both in depth and width. Our report looks at a variety of issues around tech in HR: its current and intended future usage; the impact this is having across the organisation; the challenges companies face in implementing tech solutions; the RoIs on such investments; and the future role of technology in HR.

The report draws on insights from a 2024 survey, which drew over 60 responses from amongst the member base of the India CHRO Forum, as well as from in-depth interviews with over 20 CHROs.
